This is the first purely Spanish very high-speed train, and the project is the spearhead of CAF's Oaris platform. In this case, Integral Design was chosen to design the front end concept, to make a complete exterior proposal. After these works, CAF decided to present in Valencia a full-scale model of the train built with real and simulated parts.

The Oaris project is part of the beginning of CAF's international expansion worldwide and its entry into very high speed in a completely autonomous way with a modular and completely interoperable product. After the success of this project, CAF manufactured a prototype that continues to test on the roads of Spain, consolidating its technology with thousands of testing hours.
